Yoga For Absolute Beginners Series Class: 3
This is the third class in the Yoga for Absolute Beginners Series. This class reviews breathing techniques as well as proper alignment. It also reviews the best postures for arthritis and explores the link between breath and movement. We begin to explore some basic Hatha postures that would be used in a vinyasa series. This class is great for those who are still beginners but would like to see a little more movement in the class.
