Yoga For Absolute Beginners Series Class 2
This is the second class in the Yoga For Absolute Beginners Series. In this class we examine the importance of breath and alignment as well as conducting a series of postures that can be beneficial in alleviating symptoms associated with rheumatoid arthritis. This class is meant for absolute beginners and perfect way to start yoga and then segue into other styles.
Yoga For Absolute Beginners Series Class: 3
This is the third class in the Yoga for Absolute Beginners Series. This class reviews breathing techniques as well as proper alignment. It also reviews the best postures for arthritis and explores the link between breath and movement. We begin to explore some basic Hatha postures that would be used in a vinyasa series. This class is great for those who are still beginners but would like to see a little more movement in the class.
Yoga For Absolute Beginners Series Class: 4
In this class we focus on linking the breath to movement, while exploring some principals of Yoga Nidra and meditation. We move through the class learning new basic postures with modifications such as downward dog and warriors 1 and 2.
